I want a shirt, but your site does not offer my size. Can I get it in my size?
Yes. Please email us regarding the style shirt and the size that you would like.
Why did I receive an email saying that my item is out of stock?
Sometimes we receive purchases faster than we can update our
website to indicate that we are out of stock with an item. In the case
that you purchase an item that has just gone out of stock, we will send
you an email notifying you of the situation, and giving you the option
to wait for the ordered item to come back into stock or switch to another
item. Out of stock items are still available, but please understand that
these items will take longer to ship, in most cases 2-3 weeks. This is
in addition to the standard delivery times.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on both the size of the order, and
the shipping address. We currently use USPS First Class to ship your items.
When will I receive my order?
All products in stock are shipped within 3 business days of processing
your order and clearing of payment.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. At this time our integrated shipping cost calculations do
not work for international shipping orders, however if you would like
us to ship an item to you, just send us an email at sales@undisputedbrand.com
with the items you would like to order and your shipping address. We will
calculate your total cost based on shipping and send you an invoice payable
through Pay Pal. As soon, as payment is cleared we will send you the requested
items.
Can I return the order?
If you are unsatisfied with an order you may exchange it within 30 days
of the shipping date for a item of the same value. All exchanged items
must be in re-sellable condition, meaning that they were not washed, worn
excessively, damaged, or in any condition that you would not want us to
send you a shirt in. Any exchanges after the 30 day period or in unusable
condition will not be accepted.
Can I cancel the order?
At this time we can not cancel an order once it has been placed.

Can I get a refund?
No. We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are possible at this
time. We hope to be adding in store credit soon as well.
